Resolve on the same call
Answer company questions and walk through approved troubleshooting. Check authorized records, clarify ambiguous answers and ask the caller whether the issue has actually been resolved.

Enterprise voice automation · DOD IT Solutions
A voice agent trained around your company. Listen to the complaint, clarify the details, resolve what’s possible—and put the right person on the same call when it matters.
From conversation to action
Customers speak naturally. Your team receives a confirmed, structured complaint—not another recording to decipher. We design the voice experience, business rules and delivery path around your operations.
Answer company questions and walk through approved troubleshooting. Check authorized records, clarify ambiguous answers and ask the caller whether the issue has actually been resolved.
Capture the customer, service reference, complaint category, urgency, symptoms and next action. Confirm critical fields aloud, create the ticket and read back its reference after the destination acknowledges it.
Transfer or conference the same call to an available technician, with a concise complaint summary and completed steps. If the team is unavailable, follow your queue or callback policy rather than abandoning the caller.
The complete call journey
Introduce the company and disclose the AI agent. Obtain recording consent where needed, establish the caller's preferred language and verify only the identity details required for the task.
Let the caller explain the complaint, then ask focused questions about the product, location, symptoms and timing. Read back names, references and important details before proceeding.
Classify the complaint, check approved company knowledge and inspect authorized account or ticket data. If evidence is missing, ask for clarification instead of inventing an answer.
Offer approved troubleshooting on the same call; otherwise create a ticket or transfer to an available technician. Respect explicit requests for a person and safety-related escalation rules.
Confirm the ticket reference, next step and callback window. Send the outcome to the selected business system and retain an auditable delivery status.

Deliver results, not loose transcripts
We agree the destination schema, permissions and acknowledgment rules before integration. The examples below illustrate the delivery contract; they are not live endpoints on this website.
Publish complaint.created, ticket.updated and handoff.completed events to your authorized application. Validate payloads, sign webhook requests, preserve an event ID and monitor acknowledgment. Connect your existing CRM, helpdesk or third-party API.
Map approved fields through your existing application API or a dedicated least-privilege connector. Validate references, use transaction boundaries and record write status. Untrusted caller speech never becomes unrestricted SQL.
Export agreed CSV or JSON records to a secure destination such as object storage or SFTP. Include batch IDs, timestamps, record counts and delivery receipts. Reconcile failures and prevent duplicate ticket creation when files are reprocessed.

We ingest your service descriptions, FAQs, product manuals, complaint policies, warranties, troubleshooting guides and escalation directory. Documents are cleaned, versioned and reviewed by your business owner before publishing. Answers are grounded in approved sources; missing information triggers clarification or a human handoff.
Control what the agent may say, what it may read and what it may change. Updates to a policy can be published through knowledge approval without retraining the entire model.
We benchmark suitable speech and reasoning models against your accents, phone audio, terminology, interruption behavior, latency and privacy requirements. The best fit for your company is selected from that evaluation—not promised as one model that can do everything.
Adaptation normally combines knowledge retrieval, business rules and tested prompts. Fine-tuning is considered where the chosen model supports it, you have consented and licensed training data, and testing shows a measurable benefit. Hosted models cannot automatically be moved to your server.
Voice & telephony ecosystem
These are researched integration options—not claims that every provider is already connected. We choose a stack with you based on your phone system, languages, deployment region and required features.
Contact-center voice routing, AI self-service and escalation. Amazon Lex supports conversational flows; Bedrock provides model choice and knowledge-driven workflows. Appropriate when an AWS contact-center foundation is preferred.
Amazon Connect AI agentsPhone numbers, call control and application-driven voice flows. ConversationRelay connects caller speech with your AI application; the application supplies the business logic, knowledge and authorized actions.
Twilio ConversationRelayConversational agent flows with speech input/output and multilingual configuration. A useful option for managed dialog design; phone-call speech, voices and generative features have different language coverage.
Dialogflow CX language supportCall Automation APIs combined with Azure Speech for recognition and spoken responses. Suitable for a custom voice application in an Azure environment; custom voices and some capabilities require provider approval.
Azure voice integrationLanguage coverage varies across speech recognition, synthesis, phone-call models and generative features. We validate your priority locales and code-switching before acceptance. Number availability, transfers and recording permissions also depend on provider and region.
Deployment that fits your business
We set up the agreed tenant or dedicated environment, company branding, administration, knowledge workflows and integrations. Hosting region, access controls, retention, backup, monitoring and ongoing responsibilities are documented as part of the engagement.
We size and configure the application server, container deployment, storage, security, monitoring and recovery procedures. External telephony or AI APIs may still be used. Fully private inference requires suitable model licenses, appropriate GPU capacity and its own evaluation; hardware is scoped rather than assumed.
Full source code for the delivered application and agreed custom integrations is included. Third-party services, models and accounts remain governed by their provider terms.
A clear implementation plan
The four-week target begins when scope is agreed and your knowledge documents, access and reviewers are ready. Complex integrations, provider approvals, number provisioning or bespoke training can extend the schedule.
Week 1
Map complaint categories, identity checks, technician queues and destinations. Collect approved company documents, select priority languages and benchmark provider candidates against representative calls.
Week 2
Build the company knowledge index, configure the voice persona and clarification policy, and connect the initial ticket/API/database or batch destination in a test environment. Fine-tuning is considered only where supported and justified.
Week 3
Evaluate noisy phone audio, interruptions, accents, unresolved complaints, human requests, sensitive topics and connector failures. Business owners review answers and approve the escalation rules.
Week 4
Install the agreed environment, run a controlled pilot, complete acceptance checks, train administrators and deliver the application source code, configuration, deployment instructions and monitoring runbook.
Control & confidence
We design for your stated compliance requirements; regulatory certification is not implied. Payments, emergencies, legal advice and other restricted actions follow explicitly approved human escalation rules.
Acceptance tests cover real phone audio, noisy callers, clarification, ticket accuracy, human transfer, failed integrations and data read-back. Performance targets are agreed and measured during the pilot.
What you receive
Voice-agent orchestration, administration, knowledge workflows and agreed connector code; third-party model weights and services retain their own licenses.
Document cleanup, structured ingestion, retrieval configuration and business-owner approval.
Greeting, clarification, complaint classification, ticket creation, transfer and fallback rules.
Agreed API, database or batch-file output; hosting configuration, installation and operational handover.
Representative test calls, staff walkthroughs, acceptance report and administrator documentation.
Questions & answers
Yes. The customer experience is a spoken phone conversation, not a text chatbot. A web administration console and optional staff mobile companion manage calls, tickets and handoffs; customers do not need to type.
It can follow approved troubleshooting and business rules, check authorized records and confirm the result with the caller. Anything outside those rules, uncertain or sensitive goes to a human. Resolution is never guaranteed for every complaint.
Yes, the implementation can use your telephony provider's transfer or conference capabilities. The technician receives the structured summary and confirmed details. If no technician is available, the caller is offered a queue, ticket or callback according to your policy.
Yes. We map the agreed fields to your authorized APIs, helpdesk or application database connector. You can alternatively receive scheduled CSV or JSON batches. Credentials, test access and destination validation rules are agreed during discovery.
We configure and test your priority languages and regional voices with the selected provider. Recognition, synthesis, telephony and model support differ by locale, so coverage and code-switching are verified before acceptance rather than promising every language.
We evaluate suitable models against your call audio, language needs, latency, deployment and privacy requirements. Company knowledge is normally adapted using retrieval and approved prompts. Fine-tuning is added only when the chosen model supports it and licensed training data demonstrates a measurable benefit.
Yes. We can configure a managed SaaS environment, your private cloud or your own server. An on-server application may still call external telephony and AI APIs. Fully private inference requires compatible models, adequate compute and a separately validated architecture.
The target is a four-week implementation for the agreed initial scope after knowledge documents, account access and decision-makers are ready. Provider approvals, number provisioning, complex integrations or bespoke model training can change the timeline; the milestones are confirmed at kickoff.
An optional workflow can ask approved interview or qualification questions, capture consented responses and prepare a structured summary. A person reviews outcomes; the system is not positioned as an autonomous hiring decision-maker.
Yes, full source code for the delivered application and agreed custom integrations is included. Your company retains control of its knowledge and configuration. Third-party APIs, telephony accounts and model licenses remain subject to provider terms.
The planned workflow records the last confirmed state, avoids claiming a successful write before acknowledgment, queues bounded retries where appropriate and alerts operations. Reconciliation and consented callback rules prevent silently lost complaints or duplicate tickets.
